In a recent legal move, 29-year-old Noor Alfallah has filed for full physical custody of her three-month-old son, Roman Alfallah Pacino, whom she shares with legendary actor Al Pacino. The petition to establish the parental relationship was filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday, as revealed by court documents obtained by Page Six.

This filing is a common step taken by unmarried couples with children to determine child custody, visitation rights, and child support arrangements. While Noor is seeking full physical custody, she has expressed her willingness to grant Al Pacino “reasonable visitation” rights. Additionally, she has requested joint legal custody, which would involve Al Pacino in major decisions concerning their child’s education and medical care.

In her filing, Noor is also asking that the renowned “Scarface” actor cover her legal expenses and any associated court costs. Alongside these legal documents, she included a signed “voluntary declaration of parentage” as proof of Al Pacino’s biological paternity of Roman Alfallah Pacino.

Roman was born on June 6, marking Al Pacino’s fourth child. Interestingly, when news of Noor’s pregnancy first broke, sources informed TMZ that the “Godfather” actor had initially demanded a paternity test. This request was rooted in his belief that a medical issue had left him infertile, a misconception that he only learned of Noor’s pregnancy two months before her delivery.

However, as time passed, Al Pacino expressed his excitement about expanding his family, calling the pregnancy “special” in a video obtained by the Daily Mail. He stated, “It’s very special. It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.”

In the months following Roman’s birth, Al Pacino and Noor have been frequently seen on dinner dates, with their most recent public appearance together in early August. Page Six was the first to reveal Al and Noor’s romance in 2022, disclosing that they had secretly begun dating two years prior during the COVID-19 pandemic.

One insider commented, “She has been with Al for some time, and they get on very well.
