While rapper Future gracefully negotiated a good price for his $7.5 million pad with a private pool and a “sky garage,” Dezer shares tales of other stars demanding freebies.

The 62-story Bentley tower, set for completion in 2027, offers condos starting at $5.65 million with lavish amenities, including heated floors and unique car parking systems.

Future’s purchase has triggered interest from A-listers, leading to requests for private tours exchanged for football game passes, concert tickets, and jewelry. Dezer emphasizes the business aspect, stating, “If you want a spot, you need to put down the money and sign on the dotted line.”

Celebrity chef Todd English will curate a menu for a private restaurant in the lobby, adding to the allure of this exclusive residence.

Dezer’s prestigious client list includes Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz, and NFL stars Trevon and Stefon Diggs.
