In a significant development last week, the FBI unveiled its intention to make public a substantial cache of documents related to prominent Nigerian political figure, Tinubu. This disclosure comes in response to a Freedom of Information (FOI) Request, which was spearheaded by investigative Nigerian journalist David Hundeyin, in collaboration with other concerned parties.
The release of these documents will occur in increments of 500 per month, commencing in October. The FOI Request, filed by Hundeyin and his team, has prompted this move by the FBI to ensure transparency and access to information regarding Tinubu’s activities and associations.
