A video that shows the ‘Driving Under Influence‘ (DUI) arrest of an alleged child rapper who had six young boys and girls in his car as well as empty bottles of tequila and liquor has been circulating online.
When Jeremy Guthrie was pulled over in 2022 for reckless driving on a highway in New Mexico, police found the children, one of whom he is accused of having sexually assaulted and impregnated after meeting her online.
The 41-year-old Guthrie was captured on bodycam video driving across a highway on July 5, 2022, and then acting erratically after stopping.
Police found the automobile to be packed with young guys and girls who Guthrie claimed were “his friends” and asserted were all 18 when they approached the vehicle.
The fly of Guthrie’s jeans was undone when he exited the vehicle, and he started to dispute the police’ claims that he smelled strongly of alcohol.
Guthrie was then subjected to a field sobriety test by the police, which he utterly failed.
At one point, Guthrie was baffled by the preliminary question “Have you ever suffered a traumatic brain injury?”
He was subsequently placed in handcuffs and accused of child abuse on six charges in addition to drunk driving.
Guthrie was charged with raping a 12-year-old passenger.
In the course of a year of sexual torture at his hands, the girl miscarried.
The girl’s twin was in the car with her, and he allegedly sent her filthy texts, is thought to have raped her as well, and expressed his love for the sisters.
“It makes me sick. I’m livid about what he did to my granddaughters,” the girls’ grandmother told KRQE News 13.
“And he’s just a very, very sick person.”
