Where to watch the 2026 NCAA Baseball Tournament Selection Show

May 25, 2026

For the first time since Texas A&M’s magical run to the College World Series Finals just two years ago, the Aggies are headed back to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in two years, and while the drama surrounding former head coach Jim Schlossnagle’s departure to take over the Texas Longhorns’ program overshadowed this success, getting back to the NCAA Tournament is all that matters.

After last season’s disastrous inaugural campaign, second-year coach Michael Earley went to work last summer, adding several impact transfer additions, including star infielder Chris Hacopian, while the return of junior standouts Caden Sorrell and Gavin Grahovac produced one of the top offenses in the country, finishing the regular season with 477 runs, 530 hits, and 114 home runs on the year.

However, outside of Aiden Sims, who finished 8-1 with a team-high 3.84 ERA, Texas A&M‘s starting rotation struggled throughout the season and will need to be at full strength if the Aggies have any chance to make it back to the CWS.

After winning two of three vs. Mississippi State, the Aggies finished the SEC regular season with 39 wins and 18 in conference play, finishing third in the standings and earning a double-bye in the SEC Tournament. However, facing red-hot Auburn, Texas A&M was shut out 7-0, and will now wait to hear its postseason fate ahead of Monday’s NCAA Tournament Selection Show.

On Sunday, D1Baseball projected the Aggies to earn the 10-seed in the Regional Round, missing out on a top 8 national seed after Florida and Southern Miss made runs in the conference tournament this week. While Texas A&M still has an outside shot at a national seed, I expect a double-digit seed to materialize.

Ahead of Monday’s Selection Show, here is how you can watch the event on Memorial Day.
