Oscar winner accused by a woman who claims she was assaulted at Catch NYC & Roof….

In a recently filed lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Jamie Foxx is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015. The plaintiff, who remained unnamed, alleges that after requesting a photo with Foxx, he allegedly touched her inappropriately, leading to a lawsuit for compensatory and punitive damages.

According to the plaintiff, Foxx, who appeared intoxicated, complimented her appearance before reportedly engaging in inappropriate touching. The woman contends that despite several witnesses, including security guards, no one intervened as she tried to escape the alleged assault.

Foxx then allegedly slid his hands into her pants and put his fingers on and inside her vagina and anus. The alleged assault stopped once her friend came around the corner and saw what was going on.

The plaintiff is suing Foxx and the restaurant for compensatory and punitive damages as she claims she  had to undergo medical treatment, and suffered emotional distress as a result of the “sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.”

The lawsuit, timed with the upcoming expiration of the statute of limitations under New York’s Adult Survivors Act on Nov. 24, seeks compensation for medical treatment and emotional distress resulting from the incident.

As of now, representatives for Jamie Foxx have not responded to requests for comment.
