During a site survey, three crocodiles were found hibernating under concrete! Locals noticed cracks and sounds coming from a side pavement and were stunned to discover these reptiles beneath.

Crocodiles are fascinating creatures! As cold-blooded animals, they thrive in tropical areas near wetlands. They love to sleep, often with their eyes closed, for at least 17 hours a day.

Their incredible metabolisms allow them to store and use nearly all the food they eat, meaning larger crocodiles can go over a year without a meal. In extreme situations, they can even survive by living off their own tissue.
