Aimee Osbourne made a rare public appearance at the funeral procession for her father, Ozzy Osbourne.
Aimee, 41, was photographed on the Black Sabbath bridge alongside mom Sharon Osbourne and sister Kelly Osbourne, who held Aimee’s hand, during the procession in Birmingham, England, on Wednesday, July 30. Aimee wore a black veil and beret with a velvet black suit, at times looking overcome with emotion as she said goodbye to her father alongside her surviving family.
Aimee and Kelly’s brother, Jack Osbourne, was also in attendance, as well as Ozzy’s son Louis Osbourne, whom the heavy metal legend shared with ex Thelma Riley.
Ozzy and Riley also shared daughter Jessica Osbourne. Additionally, he was the adoptive father of Riley’s son from a previous relationship, Elliot Kingsley.

Aimee, Kelly, 40, Jack, 39, Louis, 50, and Sharon, 72, confirmed Ozzy’s death at 76 years old in a statement to Us Weekly on July 22.
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” the family said. “He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”
Ozzy had been battling Parkinson’s disease prior to his death, though an official cause of death has not been publicly announced. He announced his diagnosis in 2020.
During the funeral procession on Wednesday, which was also attended by countless fans, Ozzy’s coffin visited Broad Street and was laid with purple flowers before stopping at the bridge named after his iconic heavy metal band.

Ozzy will be officially laid to rest in a private ceremony later on Wednesday, according to BBC News.
Aimee’s attendance at the funeral comes years after she opened up about her decision not to be part of her family’s MTV series, The Osbournes, alongside Kelly, Jack and her parents. She moved out of their home in California at 16 years old, when the series began filming.
“For me, I had grown up around having a pretty well-known dad anyway, and I always really valued my privacy within that family,” Aimee explained on New York’s Q104.3 radio station in 2020. “And for me personally, and for who I am, you know, as far as morally and also just to give myself a chance to actually develop into a human being as opposed to just being remembered for being a teenager, it didn’t really line up with what I saw my future as.”
She continued, “It definitely worked great for the rest of my family. But for me and who I am, I just knew it was never something that I would have been able to consider realistically.”

Despite distancing herself from her family’s reality TV path, Aimee did follow in Ozzy’s footsteps when it came to music. She became the lead singer of the band ARO in 2015, and their first single, “Raining Gold,” was inspired by her experience with having a famous rockstar as a father.
“I wanted the song to touch on how overwhelming and isolating it feels to be constantly misunderstood and the importance of choosing to break free from that and just believing in yourself,” Aimee explained to Rolling Stone at the time. “It’s so valuable to always try and put yourself in someone else’s shoes. I hope this song reminds people of that.”
