In a devastating incident outside a hotel in Poznan, Poland, a jealous lover took the lives of his former girlfriend’s new fiancé and himself. Mikołaj Bachosz fatally shot Kordian Domagała, who had recently become engaged to Julia Harmacińska. The horrifying event unfolded as Harmacińska witnessed the shocking act.

Disturbing images captured outside the city center hotel show Domagała lying on the ground while his distraught 20-year-old fiancée knelt beside him. In a heart-wrenching turn of events, Bachosz fired another shot at Domagała, leaving Harmacińska in shock and desperation.

The incident prompted an immediate response from armed police, who were called by alarmed staff and customers at the nearby restaurant. According to a witness, panic ensued as people fled the scene after the initial shot was fired.

Both Bachosz and Domagała, aged 30 and 31 respectively, lost their lives in the tragic event that occurred on a Sunday evening.

Domagała, a blogger, artist, and local councillor, was enjoying a romantic weekend with Harmacińska when the terrible event unfolded. Friends and acquaintances expressed profound grief and disbelief at the news.

Kamil Grzebyta, a close friend of Domagała, described the victim as a positive, cheerful person with a bright personality. He expressed deep sorrow over the loss of his friend and condemned the senseless act of violence.

Authorities reported that Bachosz, a legal clerk with a promising future, had been tracking the couple on social media. He was unable to accept the end of his relationship with Harmacińska, leading to this tragic outcome.

The motive behind the shooting was determined to be unrequited love, and investigations continue as the community grapples with the shocking loss of two young lives.
