The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has made a revelation concerning the 2023 presidential election, foreseeing a potential rerun. However, he claims that influential forces are working against such an outcome. According to him, leakages within the judiciary could expose the All Progressives Congress (APC) and may jeopardize the credibility of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
In a statement by his Media Aide, Oluwatosin Osho, Primate Ayodele expressed concerns about the fairness of the ongoing proceedings. He suggests that if the tribunal seeks fairness, a rerun might be necessary, but the powerful entities involved in the case may attempt to maintain the status quo.
Primate Ayodele emphasized that the judiciary holds the responsibility to instill hope in Nigerians through fair judgment. Yet, he warned that undue influence could result in an unfair outcome, rendering both the judiciary and INEC irrelevant. He further revealed that there are alleged cabals closely monitoring the tribunal and are determined to sway the judgment in their favor.
As Nigerians await the tribunal’s judgment, the credibility of the process remains in question, as Primate Ayodele asserts that leakages within the system might expose the ruling party. The APC, on its part, appears resolute in ensuring that the election results remain undisturbed.
It is essential for all parties involved to address the concerns raised by Primate Ayodele and work towards preserving the integrity of Nigeria’s democratic process. Only a fair and transparent resolution can restore public trust in the judiciary and the electoral commission. As events unfold, the nation’s eyes remain on the tribunal to uphold justice and ensure a free and credible electoral process.
