The New England Patriots are looking banged up ahead of their Week 10 showdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They had five players who did not participate in Wednesday’s practice due to injuries.
The most notable names are wide receiver Kayshon Boutte, running back Rhamondre Stevenson and center Garrett Bradbury. Boutte left last week’s game against the Atlanta Falcons early with a hamstring injury, and Stevenson has been out with a toe injury.
Bradbury was the newest addition with a hip injury.
The situation isn’t any better for the Buccaneers considering both wide receiver Chris Godwin and running back Bucky Irving were missing at practice on Wednesday as well. The team has already been playing without their top offensive contributor, six-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Mike Evans, who is currently on injured reserve with a collarbone injury.
