Free-agent guard D’Angelo Russell has agreed to a two-year, $13 million contract to join the Mavericks, ESPN reports. The No. 2 pick from the 2015 NBA Draft now joins a Mavericks team rebuilt around Cooper Flagg and Anthondy Davis.
