“The Great White North” may be calling for a couple of current Carolina Panthers.
Linebacker Jacoby Windmon and wide receiver T.J. Luther were featured on the most recent edition of the Canadian Football League’s Negotiation List, which was officially made public this past week. The list documents a wide pool players—whether they’re unsigned or currently playing in the NFL, another professional league or college—who are eligible to be rostered by one of the CFL’s nine teams.
Windmon’s rights are owned by the Calgary Stampeders—who can add, remove or trade the 23-year-old defender within the CFL. Windmon, now in his second NFL season, appeared in eight games with a pair of starts for the Panthers in 2024.
Luther’s rights are owned by the Edmonton Elks.
14 former Panthers were also included on the list. Those players are as follows:
