Yoruba veteran actor Dele Odule has issued a severe warning to members of his inner circle, posting messages that suggest heartbreak.

The ‘House of Gaa’ actor posted on his Instagram page recently that no matter how vital a person is to him, the moment he discovers that he means nothing to them, he will become a stranger.

Odule, who is presently the President of the Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria, said he has understood that loyalty is everything, and if one can’t see his value, then the person has no place in his life, adding that he does not waste time on people who do not take him seriously.

“Let me make one thing clear to you, I don’t care how important you are to me, the moment you make it clear I’m not important to you, you become a stranger. I have learned that loyalty is everything. If you can’t see my worth, then you have no place in my life. I don’t waste time on people who do not value me”.

Referring to someone who may have offended him, the actor said it’s not that he doesn’t notice things, but that he chooses to stay silent most of the time, allowing the person to play stupid mind games.

In 2025, Dele, in a series of Instagram posts, talked about being hurt from a heartbreak. He opened up about how the wrong one will find one in peace, and leave them in pieces, and the right one will find them in pieces and lead them to peace.
