The new Vice Captain promised to promote unity among members, improve competitions and strengthen the club’s standing within Nigeria’s growing golf community.

“Every member matters. I want a club where everyone feels respected, involved and proud to belong,” he added.

Mese, who is also the founder of the Shola Mese Foundation, pledged support for quality tournaments and promised to strengthen the Ladies Section of the club.

He further assured members that his experience across several golf clubs nationwide would help introduce best practices capable of improving standards at Ogunu Golf Club.

“Our club has enormous potential. Together, we will build an environment that inspires friendship, excellence and lasting progress,” he stated.
