The Solution Innovation District (SID), an initiative of the Anambra State Government, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dhahran Techno Valley Holding Company (DTVC), a Saudi Arabia-based science and technology hub, to deepen collaboration in research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
