Proud aunt Nicky Hilton showered love for the “beautiful baby girl” in the comments, while Paris playfully referred to her son Phoenix as a “big brother” in TikTok videos, expressing joy about having “two babies.”

This surprise follows Paris’ playful hints in a September Instagram video, where she discussed her desire for a “baby girl one day” with Nicky, who jokingly suspected Paris was keeping secrets again.

Paris had previously maintained secrecy around her family, notably when she welcomed son Phoenix in January via surrogate. Reflecting on her decision to keep details private, she told Rolling Stone in March, “My life has just been so public; I felt like, for my baby, I just wanted him to come into the world and just be here and not have all this weird attention.”

Despite the initial secrecy, Paris eventually introduced her son Phoenix to the world, highlighting her commitment to ensuring his privacy.
