Kanye West sued by Former Assistant for Sex*al Harrassment and Wrongful Termination

June 4, 2024

Kanye West,  the controversial rapper and fashion mogul, faces new legal troubles as his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, has filed a lawsuit against him for sexual harassment and wrongful termination,  according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

Pisciotta who began working with West in July 2021 during the launch of his Yeezy fashion line, claims that her employment quickly became untenable  due to West’s inappropriate behavior and unfulfilled promises. Initially offered $1 million for the job, Pisciotta accepted on condition that she would be available to West 24/7.

In her lawsuit,  Pisciotta revealed that she was earning an additional $1 million from her OnlyFans account until West persuaded her to delete it in 2022. Urging her to be more “God-like.” In exchange,  West allegedly promised to increase her salary to $2 million  annually, a promise that Pisciotta claimed was never fulfilled.

The situation deteriorated further when West allegedly began sending Pisciotta vulgar and explicit text messages. One such message purportedly read

“See my problem is I be wanting to f–k but then after I f–k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f–ked while I’m f–ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me.” Pisciotta also alleges that West shared explicit details of sexual acts he wished to perform and sent her photos and images of himself engaged in sexual activities with other women.

The allegations extend to West sending  Pisciotta intimate photos of currentt and former Yeezy employees, both male and female. Pisciotta recounts numerous other  disturbing incidents, including West allegedly masturbating while they were on the phone, inquiring about her boyfriends’ pen*s sizes, and forcing her to remove her cardigan in the office, claiming “it was covering too much.”

In one particularly egregious incident,  Pisciotta alleges that West locked them up in a room together and masturbated next to her before falling asleep.  She also claims that West became angry when she rejected his advances to “date or have sex”

Despite these troubling interactions, Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff  for several of West’s companies in September 2022, with a promised salary of $4 million. However,  she was fired just a month later and claims she never received the $3 million in severance pay that was offered.

Pisciotta lawsuit seeks compensation for  breach of contract and hostile work environment. Representatives of West did not respond to request for comment from Page Six.

The lawsuit adds to West’s mounting legal woes. Over a month ago, he was accused of firing a former black employee due to racial discrimination. According to court documents, Benjamin Deshon Provo who worked as a security guard at West’s  Christian school,  Donda Academy, alleges that West “screamed at and berated black employees” and “regularly expressed negative beliefs associated with prominent black leaders.”

Pisciotta’s allegations, if proven true,  could  significantly impact West’s already contentious public image and business ventures.
