This week our SB Nation Reacts surveys gauged who NFL fans believe will win the AFC South and the NFC South.
A year ago the Houston Texans were dethroned as AFC South Champions by the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Indianapolis Colts got off to a hot start but faded after quarterback Daniel Jones suffered a season ending injury.
Fans polled in this week’s survey believe the Texans will reclaim the division crown.
The Jets have some interest in the AFC South. Former head coach Robert Saleh has been hired as Tennessee Titans head coach. The Jets also own Indianapolis’ first round pick from the Sauce Gardner trade. Both situations will draw plenty of attention.
In the NFC South, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ four year run of division titles ended as the Carolina Panthers took the title. Fans polled are expecting the Bucs to end the year back atop the South.
Fans clearly believe Todd Bowles will fare better than his fellow former Jets head coach Saleh.
